Refund of funds

In the event of a cancellation and refund to a customer who has previously paid by one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the refund is made exclusively to the same payment card that was used for the payment.

The seller is obliged to carry out the refund via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, American Express and DinaCard payment methods, which means that, at the seller’s request, the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
